Accepting the terms
By using the services, you agree to the applicable terms. Please also read the Privacy Policy and any conditions shown in the app or at checkout. If you disagree with these terms, discontinue use. The apps are not intended for children under 13. Where required by law, obtain a parent’s or guardian’s authorization before using or purchasing a service.
The service and your account
PORFIRIO SOLUTIONS LTDA, Brazilian company registration number (CNPJ) 52.467.604/0001-46, develops and publishes mini web apps, including PWAs, and mobile apps. Each product offer describes its features and supported devices.
If an app requires an account, provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us if you notice unauthorized access. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the account or investigate a breach of these terms.
Purchases and subscriptions
Before confirmation, the offer states the price, currency, included features and, for subscriptions, the billing period and renewal terms. A one-time purchase provides the access described in the offer and does not renew automatically.
Auto-renewing subscriptions are charged each billing period until canceled. To stop future charges, use the subscriptions section in the App Store or Google Play. For web purchases through Stripe or PerfectPay, follow the instructions on your receipt. When cancellation takes effect depends on the purchase channel and offer.
Uninstalling the app or deleting your account may leave a store subscription active. If you need help, email contato@porfiriosolutions.com.br with the app name and purchase channel.
Refunds
For purchases made directly from Porfirio Solutions, you have 7 calendar days from purchase confirmation to request a full refund, without giving a reason. Follow the instructions on your receipt or email contato@porfiriosolutions.com.br. The credit is processed according to the payment method. This guarantee preserves any other mandatory consumer rights.
For purchases in the App Store or Google Play, request a refund through the store. The store assesses the request under its rules, subject to rights provided by applicable law.
Intellectual property
The software, trademarks, text and design belong to Porfirio Solutions or its licensors. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive license to use the product as described in the offer. You retain rights to your own content when you add it to the app.
Prohibited uses
You may not access another person’s account without permission, bypass security controls, distribute malicious code, commit payment fraud or use the service to violate laws or others’ rights. Reproducing or reselling a product requires authorization, subject to exceptions provided by law.
Liability
We work to keep services available and correct faults. Availability may depend on your device, connection and third-party services. Our liability for damages is determined by applicable law. These terms preserve mandatory consumer rights and guarantees.
Governing law and contact
Brazilian law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and the consumer’s right to bring a claim in their home jurisdiction where applicable.
