This policy applies to porfiriosolutions.com.br and to apps that link to it. How we handle data depends on the features you use, your country and your purchase channel. If your app provides a specific privacy notice, please read it as well.
Data we use
When you open this website, your browser sends the information needed for the connection, such as your IP address and the page you requested. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send.
In apps that offer accounts, we use your email address, account identifier and any information you save in the product. Depending on the features you use, we may receive usage events, such as features opened or actions completed, and technical information such as the device model, operating system, app version and crash reports.
When you pay, the store or payment processor may provide a transaction identifier, amount, currency and purchase or subscription status. Third parties process your card details. We do not store your full card number or security code.
Why we use this information
We use the data needed to provide the service you request, maintain your account, deliver purchases and provide support. Features that need specific information may be unavailable without it.
Technical records help us investigate errors and prevent fraud. Where the law permits, we rely on our legitimate interest in protecting and improving our products, balanced against your rights. We keep tax records and respond to official requests when required by law.
Optional analytics and campaign measurement help us understand usage and attribute installations or purchases to ads. We ask for consent before starting these activities when required by law or platform rules. You may withdraw consent.
Who may receive information
Apple and Google distribute apps and may process purchases in their stores. Stripe and PerfectPay may process web payments depending on the country and offer. The relevant partner receives the information needed to charge, confirm or refund the purchase.
Hosting and analytics providers may process technical data and events to operate and improve the app. In apps with campaign measurement, Meta, Google and TikTok may receive events such as an installation or purchase and, when authorized, device or campaign identifiers. Integrations vary by product.
We may disclose data to public authorities when required by law. Stores and payment providers may also process data for their own purposes, such as fraud prevention and compliance, under their own policies.
How long we keep data
We keep account data for as long as needed to provide the service. We retain support messages for the time needed to resolve the request and any disputes. For technical records, we consider how much time is needed to investigate failures and incidents, as well as legal deadlines.
We complete account deletion requests within 30 days. When we are legally required to retain tax documents, transaction receipts or other specific records, we keep only what is necessary until the applicable period ends. You can ask about the retention period for a particular record.
Security and international transfers
We use technical and organizational safeguards proportionate to the risks, such as limiting access to people and service providers who need the data. If an incident occurs, we will meet the notification requirements that apply.
Hosting, payments and other services may involve processing outside your country. In that case, we use a mechanism permitted by applicable law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authority. Your rights and how to use them
Brazil’s LGPD, the EU GDPR and the laws that apply where you live may give you the right to confirm processing, access, correct, erase or port your information, learn about disclosures, restrict processing or object to it. You may also withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Some US state laws give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, appeal a decision and exercise your rights without discrimination. Where required, we honor recognized preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

We will respond or explain any refusal within the applicable deadline. Children under 13
Our apps are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, email contato@porfiriosolutions.com.br so we can investigate and delete the data where appropriate. We observe local age and parental authorization requirements where applicable.
